After you place your order, 3–6 business days are needed for preparation and dispatch, as most items are handmade. Standard shipping usually takes 15–20 business days to arrive. You’ll receive a shipment-confirmation email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.

Your package will be sent by international post; the destination country may levy import duties or VAT, which are the buyer’s responsibility. If the parcel is returned because you refuse to pay these charges, no refund will be issued—thank you for your understanding.
