Refund policy
1. Order Cancellation Rules
Due to the special nature of handmade products, returns or exchanges are not supported without valid reasons. If after-sales service is needed for the stress-relief squishy, a complete unboxing video must be provided; requests without such a video will not be processed. Please confirm your needs carefully before placing an order.
Products from different production batches may have slight differences in texture, which is a normal phenomenon.
If more than 24 hours have passed since the order was paid, and the goods have been prepared and shipment arranged, yet you still insist on canceling the order, only 60% of the total payment amount will be refunded.
2. Return Rules (If Applicable)
Product returns are supported, and customers must apply for a return within 24 hours of receiving the product. To be eligible for return, the product must be unused and retain its original packaging; otherwise, it will not meet the return conditions.
Products are delivered via international logistics, and the destination country may impose import duties or value-added tax (VAT). Relevant fees shall be borne by the buyer. If a package is returned due to refusal to pay duties or taxes, no refund will be issued. Thank you for your understanding.
To apply for a return, please first contact us by sending an email to dorasquishyshop@gmail.com. Once your return application is approved, we will inform you of the address to send the package to. The customer shall bear all shipping costs incurred for the return.
Products sent back without prior return application will not be accepted. Please keep the logistics tracking number as proof when sending back the package. If the returned package is lost, DoraSquishy shall not be held responsible, and the customer must contact the logistics provider to track the package.
3. Refund Rules (If Applicable)
Please place orders carefully and note our standard shipping time. If the goods have been shipped and are in transit, and the estimated delivery time has not been exceeded, yet the customer still insists on a refund, only 60% of the total product price will be refunded.
Duties and other country-specific fees unrelated to DoraSquishy must be paid by the customer in accordance with the policies of their respective countries. Requests for returns or refunds arising from such fees will not be accepted.
After the product has been signed for, refunds are not supported except in cases caused by the seller (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged product). If applying for return or exchange due to the aforementioned seller-related reasons, a video of the unused product must be taken and sent to us. After confirmation, we will arrange for subsequent matters.
4. Other Notes
Once a gift card is purchased, no refunds will be given; the payment methods Klarna and Afterpay cannot be used for gift card purchases.
The payment methods Klarna and Afterpay cannot be used for booking services and consultation items.
Free gifts are randomly distributed, and specific styles cannot be selected.
Please check the package promptly for damage upon receipt. If there is any damage, an unboxing video must be taken; this video is the sole basis for after-sales processing. Returns or exchanges will not be supported for product damage caused by the customer themselves.
5. Handling of Delayed or Unreceived Refunds (If Applicable)
If you have not received your refund, please first check your bank account, then contact your credit card issuer (there may be a delay in the refund being credited), and finally contact your bank (refunds usually require a certain processing time).
